If you look for daytime shots of this lighthouse you often will see a nearby crew house. I was hoping to capture the house as well but bright flood lights and Christmas decorations put an end to that plan. I then concentrated on the tower and started shooting on the point just after sunset. The crescent moon was still visible and added a nice feature not often seen in this project. I lit the walkway and tower with a dimmed LED light placed about 200 feet away and lit the rocks with a flashlight.
